These days she has started calling me mamma. When she calls mamma with that cute innocent face my heart just melts.I was waiting from so many days to hear that mamma word. It brings me all happiness in the world. I wanted to celebrate that happiness with everyone.Some dessert is must for that ,isn't it ? :)

This Easy No Bake Tart is very quick to make and made with easily available ingredients.Crispy Biscuit base with melting chocolates filling makes awesome combination. Must try dessert to share your happiness.

This Easy No Bake Chocolate Tart is made from Digestive Biscuits Crust and Chocolate Ganache Filling.

Yields: 8 Mini Tarts

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 Cup Digestive Biscuits crumbs
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp Sugar [optional]

Chocolate Ganache Filling:
150 Gm Dark Chocolate
150 ml Fresh Cream

Caramilised Cashew Nuts To Garnish

Directions:
1.In a blender, place biscuits and make fine crumbs.
2.In a sauce pan, heat the butter till it melts.
3.In a bowl mix the biscuit crumbs,melted butter and sugar.
4.Press this mixture to base and sides of tart pans.
5.Refrigerate it for 45 minutes or until set.
6.Unmould from Tart Pans by gently tapping and refrigerate until filling is ready.

6.Chop the chocolate and keep aside in a bowl.
7.In a heavy bottom pan, heat the cream. Switch off when cream starts bubbling.
8.Pour the cream over chocolate and let it rest for 5 minute.
9.Using Rubber Spatula or whisk, slowly mix the cream and chocolate until combined well.Let it cool down.
10.Pour into mini tarts and refrigerate overnight or atleast 2 hours to set.
11.Top it with few caramlised nuts and enjoy.

Notes:
1.I used 20 Marie Biscuits
2.You can use combination of Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate for Filling.
