Its a nice cream made by blending frozen Banana and Strawberry with Coconut Milk.
Bangalore has started feeling the heat of summer.So am I. First things comes to mind during summer is wish I can have ice cream for all meals, wish I can have cool drinks and so on.
I remember the last summer, I was carrying my daughter and was in third trimester. For me, it was difficult to manage summer . I made sure to keep ice cream in the fridge always . I gulped a lot of ice cream during my pregnancy specially last trimester. It was real joy to eat. Whenever I ate Icecream, my daughter used to move around. Those moments are priceless. Time flew like anything with my daughter. She is already 11 months and summer is here again.
I am preparing my self for this summer with some healthy cool down foods :). One of them is Banana cream. Freeze the banana and any other fruit.Just blend it with milk whenever you feel like having ice cream. It is more of creamy consistency to eat. If you add more of coconut milk or dairy milk , you can have it as milkshake. If you want thicker consistency you can exclude coconut milk. You can freeze it for sometime for scooping consistency. You will have so many options just by freezing banana. You can pair banana with any fruit you like. I paired it with strawberry and it was awesome. Just try it and enjoy.

Ingredients:
